Vintage Bentley Petrol Tank fabrication

VBE fabricate bespoke petrol tanks to owner's specifications, 3 Litre, 4½ Litre and also Speed Six Le Mans.

These 4½ Litre tanks, whilst retaining their standard appearance, will fit 3 Litre cars giving approximately 5 gallons extra capactity over a standard 3 Litre and a gallon more than a standard 4½ Litre. 3 Litre filler necks giving top filling, much superior to the 4½ Litre side filler, are offered on 4½ Litre tanks, greatly improving fill rate.

The tanks are constructed out of copper to minimize the corrosion caused by modern bio fuels and additives. Construction methods using solder and rivets are to the original design.
